Tommy has been the Senior Pastor of Grace Church of Orland since August, 2023. He obtained his M.Div from The Master's Seminary, and he is a member of the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC). He and his wife April were married in 2010 and now have five young children. Shortly after their conversion, they committed to membership at NorthCreek Church and grew in their love for Christ under the faithful ministry of the word. Upon Tommy's completion of his seminary degree, NorthCreek commissioned him to pastor a new church in Orland. Kent and Matt will be supporting Tommy from a distance until additional local elders are trained and ordained.

Kent has been the Senior Pastor of NorthCreek Church since June 1, 2018. He has served on Ministerial Staff at NorthCreek since 2004. He has also served as an elder since 2007. Kent has a B.S. in Business Administration, an M.Div in Pastoral Ministries and a Th.M. in Old Testament Theology from The Master's College and Seminary. He also holds a D. Min. in Preaching from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He and his wife Julie were married in 1998, and they have five children. In his free time, Kent loves to bike, golf, read, play with the kids, and date his wife (in reverse order). His desire is to help people increase in their love for Christ, His church, our neighbors, and the nations.

Matt has been a member at NorthCreek Church since 2008, and together with his wife, Sara, has served in a variety of ministries across the church. Matt and Sara have six energetic kids, and when they’re not out finding adventure, they enjoy bike rides, hiking, building forts in the backyard, spontaneous lessons on engineering principles, and reading books together. Matt loves studying and teaching from the Bible and does that regularly in LifeStage class, as well as counseling, discipling, and leading a CG; he also enjoys baking bread, woodworking, and aviation. He oversees Children’s Ministries, where he aspires to help children see and love the glory of Christ in all things.
